CLH is excited to announce that Joe Fullmer has passed all four sections of the Landscape Architect Registration Exam (L.A.R.E)! His next step is to have the North Carolina Board of Landscape Architects review and approve his Council Record and then he will become a licensed North Carolina Landscape Architect. Congratulations Joe!
