CLH’s Zak Pierce was recently interviewed by the News & Observer for the Knightdale Station Master Plan project. In 2010, CLH was hired to develop a master plan for a new 71-acre downtown park for the Town of Knightdale. In an effort to re-establish Knightdale’s downtown as a vibrant hub, CLH worked with the Town to create a performing arts and farmer’s market venue which reflects its farms-to-rails history. Current park site amenities include: amphitheater, concessions/ticketing building, picnic shelters, restroom facilities, multipurpose fields, playground, and dog park. Future amenities include: leisure fishing dock, spray ground, and skate park. CLH has been providing landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction administration services for this project.
