CLH’s Zak Pierce recently presented on fire station site analysis and selection at the 2017 F.I.E.R.O. Fire Station Design Symposium event in downtown Raleigh! This great event brought together fire service leaders, architects, and contractors from around the country to learn about and discuss the complicated process of fire station design. His presentation focused on finding the right site for your fire station from a landscape architect’s perspective. He really enjoyed sharing his thoughts and ideas on how landscape architects and civil engineers can be key team members in helping fire station leaders select their sites.
