CLH staff members had a great time at a volunteer event at East Millbrook Middle School organized by Activate Good. We helped with various beautification projects in the school’s courtyard, including:

• Painted four low stone walls, located around the courtyard near the office, cafeteria, auditorium, and classrooms in bright colors to help liven up the outside space.
• Created custom mosaic paving stones for a walkway.
• Painted and placed border stones around trees in the courtyard.
• Weeded and pruned various planting beds.

This was a fun team building activity for all those that participated! We were very glad to give something back to the school and to help improve their outside space.
