CLH provided landscape architecture design and civil engineering services to envision the future of the Garner Town Hall Campus. These site design services included working with the lead architect on the renovation and expansion of existing municipal facilities, including a town hall, police station, and library. A number of alternative solutions were created, which emphasized the long-term goals of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, while streamlining circulation and offering a more visible and open presence to the public.
