CLH provided landscape architecture design and civil engineering services for the new 14,410 SF fire station and police substation for the Town of Cary. The combination of these two public safety services, under one roof, provide greater emergency services to the western area of Cary. The site is located in the Jordan Lake Watershed overlay district. The on-site BMPs were located to control runoff from virtually all on-site impervious areas and a portion of impervious surface from off-site right-of-way.
