CLH provided landscape architecture design and civil engineering services for a new 20,000 SF Library and Cultural Arts Center facility on a 1.2 acre site. The site was designed to blend in with the existing government complex in keeping with the downtown historic district. Services included joint use negotiations, concept plan, site layout and grading, utilities, stormwater BMPs (bio-retention areas), planting design, and construction administration.
