CLH provided landscape architecture design and civil engineering services for a new Learning Resource Center on the Johnston Community College campus. The civil/site design work for the project consisted of clearing, grading, removal of unsuitable soils, dewatering of existing wetlands, construction of new stormwater, sanitary sewer, water and other associated utility infrastructure improvements. This project was awarded LEED Silver Certification through the US Green Building Council.
