As the lead civil engineering firm on this project, CLH was responsible for the design of the site utilities (water and sewer), stormwater and erosion control designs, permitting and construction phase services related to the improvements. CLH coordinated the site layout, grading and irrigation design along with all associated details and specifications for construction level documents.
