CLH provided landscape architecture design and civil engineering services on the 38,000 SF dining facility addition located adjacent to Lake Mary Nell on the Elon University campus. The dining hall addition to the existing Moseley Center effectively doubles the size of the existing building and offers views of the adjacent lake. A courtyard area for the students was also part of the site design. This project received LEED Silver Certification.
