In our industry, spring time means construction and also groundbreaking ceremonies! We love these events since it allows staff to get out in the field and watch their designs come to life. We recently had the opportunity to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the Town of Holly Springs Eagles Landing Park & Recreation Center! It was amazing to celebrate with the Town, community, and design team as this project moves into the construction phase. Once complete, this park will be the largest in Holly Springs and include an indoor courts and fitness center, multi-purpose fields, tennis and pickleball courts, skatepark, outdoor trails, and multiple gathering spaces. As lead designer for this project, CLH led a lengthy public input process to first develop a master plan for this 56-acre space and are beyond excited to work collaboratively with the Town and our design partners to watch this park become a reality!
