We recently attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Town of Holly Springs Operations Campus. Most public services that residents rely on every day will originate from and operate out of the Operations Campus. These include street maintenance, public facility maintenance, yard waste collection, maintenance of water, wastewater, and stormwater pipes, and parks and recreation administration.
It includes two buildings:
- A two-story administration building with offices and meeting space for Utilities & Infrastructure, Office of Customer Care, Parks & Recreation, and Public Works.
- A 38,000-square-foot Operations Building with warehouses and office space for Public Works, Utilities & Infrastructure, Finance, and Information Technology staff, equipment, and supplies.
CLH has been providing site design services as part of the ADW Architects and Edifice Construction design and construction team. This has been complex and challenging project and it’s exciting to see it reach the finish line!
