It’s a Busy Time for Groundbreakings and Ribbon Cuttings

For a majority of our projects, our design process follows a set cycle which includes schematic designs, design development, permitting, and construction drawings. Permitting is dependent upon the county, municipality, and jurisdiction the project falls in. Once the design/permitting process is complete, the bidding process starts and a contractor is selected to begin construction.

Groundbreaking ceremonies celebrate the start of construction and are held for many of our projects. Ribbon cutting ceremonies occur after construction is complete and the facility is open to the public. Each year our staff members and sometimes family members participate in these ceremonies. We love attending these events as it helps culminate the success of our designs and signifies both the beginning and end of construction.
